To make an appointment please call 0424 010 312. Where possible your call will be answered. However, if we are unable to, please leave a detailed message with your name and contact number along with a preferred time for your treatment.

For your first session, please bring any relevant information regarding the history of your condition and previous treatments. This will allow us to create a full personal profile of your condition for ongoing treatments.

Please Note: For your initial consultation please book at least 1 hour and arrive 5 minutes early to fill out an initial client registration form.

What to wear?
Clients are advised to wear comfortable sports clothing and underwear.  Towels are provided and only the area being treated will be uncovered at any one time.

Clinic policies
Patients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent who will be required to sign a parental consent form.

Chaperones are welcome for female patients.

Cancellations require 24 hours notice

If you require an appointment outside our normal working hours, this may be possible by prior arrangement.

1 hour treatment  $75
1.5 Hour treatment $125
30 minutes treatment $50

Urban Health is a fully recognised provider and most private health insurance covers Remedial Massage. If you have the appropriate extras cover you will be provided with a health insurance receipt.  You will then be able to receive a rebate on your massage from your health insurer.

EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available.
