Louise qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2006 and as an Exercise Professional has over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry.  Louise has worked with elite athletes from a variety of codes throughout her massage career. 

Originally from London, she has experience in clinical and community cardiac rehabilitation programmes, community based exercise referral programmes and is a qualified personal trainer.  Louise is passionate about clients receiving the best quality of care through exercise and remedial massage.

Adam Christu               

Remedial Massage Therapist 

Adam qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in 2008 and later in 2009 he gained additional qualifications in Oriental Massage from the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy.

Adam is enthusiastic about clients receiving the highest standard of Remedial Massage and the ability to refer clients to other on site health professionals should this be required.

Urban Health will be providing a holistic approach to health. By consulting alongside other health care professionals such as Personal Trainers, Chiropractors and Nutritionists, should you require a referral.
